With both treatments, your therapist will give you a full consultation to either assess your skin type and determine the best products or tailor the massage to your specific tension points. Relaxation’s never been so easy.

On arrival at your chosen spa location, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff. You’ll be taken to a treatment room by your fully qualified spa therapist, who’ll give you a full consultation to better understand your skin for the facial or your tension points for the massage.

Then it’s time for the treatment, which will last sixty minutes.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order.

No cancellation; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged total rate.

Refunds cannot be issued once you have registered or booked a date with the experience provider. No cancellations or changes once redeemed.
