How Can I Get Updates & Alerts On Webinars?
You can sign up to receive regular alerts about our webinars by signing up to our newsletter. Members benefit from mentioning this to their account manager and being sent reminders as and when you’d like.
I Cannot Make The Live Webinar Time; How Else Can I Watch?
We provide a webinar schedule where you will be able see the next date or time option for the webinar.
On The Day
Why Can’t I Use The Chat Box?
The demand for some of our webinars is extremely high. When there are over 1000 attendees, the platform restricts the number of people able to use the chat in order to maintain quality for all attendees.

I Have Tried To Reconnect But Still Don’t Have Audio Or Video.
If you have clicked the ‘RECONNECT’ button and tried to refresh your browser, but still don’t have audio or video, please check if the webinar is permitted in your country.
The Webinar Is Blurry
The webinar takes up a lot of bandwidth so we recommend you close any other large programmes, such as Skype, if you can.
Will The Webinar Be Available Afterwards?
All our webinars and supporting materials are available afterwards upon request.
