The second part of your day is a bespoke 55 minute massage that’ll be totally guided by you as you choose which areas, you’d like the therapist to pay particular attention to. In addition, you’ll also enjoy 60 minutes post treatment relaxation time in the deep relax room, courtyard and tepidarium, complete with hot stone beds. Relaxation’s never been so easy.

Arriving 10 minutes prior to your allotted treatment time, you’ll be greeted by the friendly Spa Mentors and make your way inside. Your Rhassoul ritual is a self-administered treatment lasting 55 minutes, that’ll see you apply a rich blend of clay to the body and face. Sit back and relax in the comfort of your own private steam room, before finishing the treatment applying an exotic Moroccan oil to the skin. After, you’ll enjoy a bespoke 55 minute massage completely guided by you as you highlight which areas, you’d like the therapist to pay particular attention to. Post treatment, you’ll also enjoy 60 minutes access to the Deep Relax room, courtyard or tepidarium.

Refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your voucher pack, please contact us within 72 hours of purchase. Refunds are only possible 48-72 hours after the purchase has been made. Please return your voucher to BWG Lifestyle. Refunds will be paid back onto the credit/debit card used to place the original order.

No cancellation; reservations made within cancellation window are non-refundable.

No-shows will be charged total rate.

Refunds cannot be issued once you have registered or booked a date with the experience provider. No cancellations or changes once redeemed.

Validity

This voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
