Returns Procedure
Please email sales@bwglifestyle.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number. Please ensure that your reason for return is reflective of our returns policy. This means that if you have opened, damaged or altered the product in any way shape or form, that we are no longer liable and the product is no longer applicable for a return. Included in your returns package, must be a signed cover letter or signed note with your signature or initials, stating the reason for your return/s and provide the original receipt.

We have extended our returns period to the 8th January 2022 for any orders purchased from the 1st November 2021 until the 24th December 2021.

How To Return Items
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center.
Order cancellations must be made in writing via email or letter within 14 working days after the first day of possession. To cancel your order please contact us at sales@bwglifestyle.com or send a letter to our returns address above, including your order number to discuss next steps.
Your return needs to arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to send the item/s back to our warehouse if you require a refund or an exchange.
To process a return, please follow these simple steps:
Complete a returns request form (included in your original packaging or by downloading and printing our returns form that will be sent to you as an attachment upon your request to return email/letter).

BWG Lifestyle does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us.
Please allow 7 business days to process your return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
We offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on a e-gift card.

Helpful Hint: Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. -
I Have Received My Order - But My Item Is Wrong/Defective/Incorrect or Missing - What Do I Do?
Most of our items are popular, they can go out of stock quickly. Unfortunately, that means that occasionally we’re not able to send you all the items in your order. We understand that this can be very frustrating and we will issue you with a refund for your missing item.
We always try to let you know before your order is shipped that there is an out of stock item and issue you with a refund. However, if you receive your parcel and there's an incorrect, defective or missing item and you haven't received an email from us, please get in contact with our support team at support@bwglifestyle.com and they will be able to assist you with this. -

My Package Is Being Returned To BWG Lifestyle. What Do I Do Now?
If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to BWG Lifestyle, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apartment/building/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. BWG Lifestyle does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. -
Returns Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Order Cancellations
We give our customers an option to cancel during the purchase process, once the payment has been confirmed customers may not cancel their order. If your order is a membership package or detox package that lasts a duration of 1 month or more, then within 14 days of your purchase, you are then applicable to a full refund lesser processing and admin fees of 20% for your subscription based package. Do BWG Lifestyle Issue Refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds on all full price items. Any items purchased in sale or with a promotional code will be refunded via store credit on a e-gift card. We also do not issue refunds for food or drinks that have been opened or damaged.

It's Been Over 30 days Since I Have Received My Order. Can I Still Return Items?
No, we do not accept returns after 14 days.

Can I Exchange An Item?
No we do not offer exchanges. We offer the balance as a credit on our gift cards for site use for unworn apparel & unused services that still have valid use.

Do You Provide Free Return Shipping Labels?
No, we do not offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to send the item back to us.

How Long Does The Returns Process Take?
We will process the refund or store credit (if applicable) within 7 working days of receiving your returned items, but it may take a further 3-5 working days for a refund to show in your bank account, dependant upon the bank.
