What happens on the day?

When you arrive at the como metropolitan hotel on london’s park lane, you will be welcomed by the friendly staff and provided with a perfect cup of ginger tea. You’ll enjoy a 60 minute massage in this wonderful spa, renowned for its wellness philosophy.

As well as a massage you will have use of the state-of-the-art gym facilities. You will receive £25.00 towards food and beverages whilst at the spa and take home a fantastic como shambhala gift containing only premium-grade pure ingredients and free of harmful substances.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Your experience includes a 60 minute massage but please allow for longer at the venue to really unwind.

What about insurance?

The centres contracted with us hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.
