The six-course tasting menu has been designed by head chef martin blake, combining the finest ingredients with the precise presentation. He is passionate about good nutrition and enjoys meeting guests and chatting about his unique menu. Your meal will be complemented by a bottle of taittinger champagne, for a perfect finishing touch.

What happens on the day

When you arrive at the royal crescent hotel & spa in bath you will be warmly welcomed and directed to the dower house restaurant where you will be seated and served your delicious six-course tasting menu and champagne for two. The menu will include mouth-watering dishes such as isle of gigha halibut, wiltshire downland lamb, salisbury venison, russet apple, manjari chocolate; vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options will also be available. To top it off your meal will include a bottle of taittinger champagne to perfectly compliment your evening in the beautiful surroundings of this stunning georgian building.
