Cold. All meals can be eaten whilst hot or cold, allowing you to enjoy them when you like.

We only deliver to the address that is registered to the account unless discussed with the account holder.
We offer two delivery slots per week for our 7 day plans to ensure quality, freshness and premium deliverance of your meals.

Can I Share The Meal Delivered From My Meal Plan With Another Person?
Our generous portions in each of the meals is adequate for a single person, however, if you choose to share, this is entirely up to you.

Is There A Time Limit To Keeping The Food Once It as Been Delivered?
Fresh is best. We do not recommend that you keep your meal (unless refrigerated) unopened for more than 1 hour after receiving the delivery.

Can I Freeze My Meals?
We prefer you eat them fresh, but if you don’t think you will eat them before their expiry date, then yes, freeze them. They will last for up to 6 months in your freezer.

What Is The Best Way To Heat My Meal?
We recommend oven, air-fryer or stove top heating before using the microwave… but we also understand that sometimes you just need to EAT NOW!
